What is the difference between mate and coffee?

Mate is a unique drink, as it combines stimulants and health benefits. Unlike coffee and tea, it gives a boost of energy and activity without making you feel tired, thanks to the presence of polyphenols. Yerba mate contains a medium caffeine level between coffee and tea, in addition to 24 minerals and vitamins

How do I prepare yerba mate?

Can I drink yerba mate all day?

Yes you can! Mate is very healthy, and according to the Pasteur Institute and the Scientific Society of Paris, it has been concluded that yerba mate contains practically all the necessary vitamins and minerals. So enjoy your drink!

Yerba mate contains caffeine. So, if you are sensitive to caffeine, avoid drinking yerba mate at night. We also advise pregnant women not to consume large amounts of yerba mate

Why do my pumpkins have black, brown, green spots?

Don't worry! This is normal, simply a result of the oxygen reacting with the squash. Once you use the squash frequently, you will notice that the color of the yerba mate affects the inside of the squash. It becomes darker and darker on the inside. Make sure to expose your cup to sunlight after use.
